This little fella was born with a heart defect, so we had to re-schedule a couple different times so that we could get some photos of him without all the scars on his tiny little chest. Such a sweet little guy and it just breaks my heart when I know that little ones like him are suffering. Hopefully, after his next surgery (or two) he will be in tip-top shape. Here are some of my favorite images of little Sebastian.
